The PHMC Care Clinic provides primary care and specialized health services to adults with unique medical needs, including those with HIV and Hepatitis C. Located in the PHMC Health & Wellness Center, the PHMC Care Clinic offers referrals to PHMC Dental and PHMC Pharmacy’s on-site services. Our team includes bilingual staff and offers interpretive services. PHMC Care Clinic is a Patient-Centered Medical Home.
Most insurance plans are accepted. A sliding fee scale is available for uninsured and underinsured patients. We see all patients regardless of their ability to pay.

This health center is a Health Center Program grantee under 42 U.S.C. 254b, and a deemed Public Health Service employee under 42 U.S.C. 233(g)-(n). This health center also receives HHS funding and has Federal Public Health Service (PHS) deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals.
